Make your bedtime routine more comfortable

Place your head into the curved centre, let the memory foam support your neck, and give yourself time to relax into the shape. Your body may need around 2–4 weeks to adjust to the ergonomic design, so use it consistently and allow the transition to happen gradually.

To care for your pillow, remove the cover and machine wash it as needed. The memory foam core should not be washed. Instead, remove it periodically and gently air it in a cool, shaded area to help keep it clean and dry.
